Privacy policy

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties unconnected with fulfilling your order. Below we set out, point by point, what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

LIMEMAX LIMITED (Business Registration No. 68842072, "we" or "us") operates nanapaws.com.hk under the name NanaPaws. We handle your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong). This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

  • What you give us: name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order contents, and any notes or enquiries you leave.
  • Payment details: credit card and other payment details are handled directly by the payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
  • Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view on the site and how long you stay, and the site you arrived from.

How we use it

  • Processing orders, arranging delivery and sending order notifications
  • Replying to your enquiries and handling returns
  • Guarding against fraudulent transactions
  • Improving the site and the product range
  • Sending marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Essential cookies - keeping the cart, your login state and the checkout flow working. Disabling them stops the site working properly.
  • Analytics tools (for example Google Analytics) - understanding how visitors use the site, reported in aggregate.
  • Advertising pixels (for example Meta Pixel, Google Ads) - measuring how our advertising performs, and showing relevant ads to people who have visited this site. These technologies send your browsing behaviour (for example which products you viewed and whether you completed a purchase) to the relevant advertising platforms.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad tracking individually at Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it in the following cases:

  • Shopify - our e-commerce platform, which hosts the site and the order data
  • SF Express - the name, address and phone number needed for delivery
  • Payment providers - processing transactions and guarding against fraud
  • Advertising and analytics platforms - as described above
  • Legal requirements - where a government department or a court lawfully requires it

Data retention

Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years, in line with Hong Kong tax and accounting requirements. Marketing subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data we hold about you, and you may ask us at any time to stop using your data for direct marketing. Please email support@nanapaws.com.hk and we will reply within 40 days.

Data security

This site uses HTTPS encryption throughout. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Updates to this policy

Any revisions to this policy will be published on this page. For significant changes we will also notify subscribed customers by email.
