Using nanapaws.com.hk or placing an order on this site means you agree to the terms below.
1. About us
This site is operated by LIMEMAX LIMITED (Business Registration No. 68842072), trading as NanaPaws. Registered address: Rm 11-12, 5/F, Fonda Industrial Building, 37-39 Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan, New Territories, Hong Kong.
2. Where our products come from
We are an authorised retailer for Zesty Paws and hold written authorisation from the brand. All products are genuine, supplied through channels the brand approves, and the expiry date of every batch is listed on the relevant product page. Product packaging and labelling are primarily in English.
3. What these products are - please read
The products sold on this site are pet supplements, not veterinary medicines, and they do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. The descriptions on product pages are for reference only and do not constitute medical advice or any guarantee of results.
If your pet is on medication, has a known health condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is about to have surgery, please consult your vet before feeding any supplement. If there is an unusual reaction after feeding, stop immediately and seek veterinary advice.
4. Prices and availability
All prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price on a confirmed order will not change.
If a product on your order turns out to be unavailable because of a stock discrepancy, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer either an exchange or a full refund.
5. Acceptance of orders
The confirmation email you receive after ordering means only that we have received your order; it is not acceptance. The contract is formed when we actually dispatch the goods. Where there is an obvious error in a price or a product description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Accounts
If you open an account on this site, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under that account.
7. Intellectual property
The design, copy, illustrations and layout of this site belong to us. "Zesty Paws" and the related product names, trade marks and product images belong to their respective owners, and are used here only to identify the products we sell.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time, and the revised version will be published on this page. Revisions do not affect contracts already formed under these terms.
