Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Hong Kong only (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and the outlying islands). We do not currently accept orders from Macau, mainland China or overseas.
Delivery charges
- Orders of HK$300 or more - free SF delivery
- Orders under HK$300 - charged at SF Express rates, with the actual amount shown at checkout
Delivery options
Everything ships by SF Express. At checkout you can choose:
- Pickup at an SF service centre or SF service point
- Pickup from an SF locker
- Delivery to your door (SF may add a surcharge for some remote areas)
Dispatch and delivery times
- Dispatch: orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday generally ship the same day or the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery: SF usually delivers 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- You will receive an email with the SF tracking number once your order has shipped.
A note on salmon oil
Salmon oil is an oil-based product and must be refrigerated once opened. Unopened, unopened bottles are shipped and stored at room temperature, but Hong Kong summers are hot, so put it away soon after delivery and avoid leaving it at the door or in a car for any length of time. If you find a leak on arrival, contact us straight away with photos.
Failed delivery / wrong address
Where an order comes back to us because the address was wrong, you could not be reached by phone, or it was not collected within SF Express’s holding period, the cost of resending is yours. Please check your address and phone number before ordering.
